STATE OF THE ART CNC ROUTER
We use the Giben G4 EVO 3 Axis CNC router. This machine gives us high production capabilities, with one of the most precise CNC routers on the market today. Our custom cabinets are composed of all wood material to give you stronger and more durable cabinets in comparison to the more commonly used particle board.
WE HAVE THE TOOLS TO MAKE IT WORK
Meet the Casadei Flexa 27 edge bander with a feeding chain track, and extendable roller support. This machine gives us speed and precision.
WE KNOW OUR CRAFT
This is the Cantek PW120E Oscillating edge sander. It has a large cast aluminum table with corner side table for curve sanding. The tilt and height adjustments of the tables allows us to sand down different sizes and angles in no time.
POWER UNLIKE NO OTHER
This is the Libra 35 RTC Sander. This multipurpose machine will give us perfectly calibrated and sanded parts. It has some of the best technology in its class.
ALL THE TOOLS FOR MAXIMUM OPTIMIZATION
The Razoroptimal with pocket hole by Razor Gage will deliver precision cutting and speed for drilling pocket holes. This allows us to make our face frames more efficiently, saving time and money.
